“The Wheel” is part of an ongoing series of paintings of architecture particular to Nashville. This is a scene on Broadway, an admittedly tourist-y part of town, although there are a lot of great textures and colors to take in. I’ve started working typography into my paintings a little more, and it’s showing up here in the signage.
